In all phases of TPI operations accuracy is the key qualification for satisfying our customers whom we regard as partners. TPI employees, management and staff are committed to the implementation, monitoring and maintenance of the following principles:
- We work in accordance with the quality management system applicable in the area.
- We shall undertake all actions required to maintain close cooperation with internal and external customers and partners and performance-oriented communications with suppliers.
- Continuous observation and improvement of the performance of our products and capability of our processes and services associated with innovation are at the core of our visions. TPI employees shall continuously optimize our organizational and technical processes.
- Encouraging the quality awareness of employees is a major management task in the entire organization. Quality and accuracy are integral parts of daily business for every employee.
- Development programs are dedicated not only to highly-technical progress but also towards team building and career development of our employees; TPI employees are provided necessary training to support them to fulfill their tasks.
